Felt pretty good so - Bought a running belt to celebrate! To reward myself I’m getting a new bit of gear to look more the part. Hopefully will work better than an iPhone in the pocket.

I know what you mean but my initial motivation was you’ve spent £x pounds on that, belt, socks, shoes etc you can’t stop know. Congratulations for starting week 4
