Myself and my colleague have just completed Week 4 run 1 and it was difficult but we did it (and we didn't think we were going to be able to after reading the overview!).
We stumbled across this forum this morning when looking for more information as to what week 4 entails and saw that a 61 year old man had completed the C25K which spurred us on as we are both in our 20s and we thought well if he can do it we should really stop complaining and just get out there and give it a go!
So we will keep going and hopefully reach the end!

Welcome to the forum, you will find lots of encouragement, support and celebration here! There are also lots of us who are far from our twenties now, but all running! Enjoy the programme, read vast many posts as you can and post often so we can join you on your journey.
Hello, I've just done run 1 of week 4 this morning too. Phew mind over matter is the trick. I was convinced the 5 minute bits would have me beat but it's amazing if you just keep plodding one foot in front of the other it's soon over. This forum is fab. Keep posting and we'll keep encouraging
