That's all 3 runs done, now on to week 5. Today's was a little slower but I had a little bit left in the tank as opposed to struggling through it, so guess that bodes well for next time - even if I have heard that week 5 is a toughie!...

Gee, all the week 4 runs were a struggle for me so a bit apprehensive about week 5. Legs taking longer than a day to recover is what I found.
