Week 4 done!

Though wish it was week 4 of the Autumn term done too. Took a lot of motivation to complete W4 R3 after two full on days at work. Not quite in the zone but I'm determined to graduate in 5 weeks if I can keep the excuse demons away. Onwards and upwards. Don't think I'll ever be running USA coast to coast like Mimi.... RESPECT and respect to all of you on here.

Well done. I also work in education and we started back today so I'm hoping to do WK4R3 tomorrow after school. Fingers crossed that I have enough energy and if I haven't I'll get one of my children to kick me out the front door!!

Haha yes energy levels might take a hit but I am sure you'll cross the line. I am thinking of taking my kit and doing my runs after school before I drive home as I have quite a long commute. However I will need to get to the stage where I can run for at least 25 minutes as I don't want to be seen locally by students walking mid run 😂 Good luck and thanks for your reply.

Let them see you... you may find that they look at you in a whole new way!

I think they'll be impressed to see you out doing exercise. Goodness knows teenage girls need some role models who exercise.

Go you.. well done.... This Autumn Term... I remember it well.... roll on half-term!

Take the term. like your running, slowly and steadily and enjoy! You are doing wonderfully, and just think how these runs are blowing the teaching turmoil from your head:)

Exactly Oldfloss. Thanks. The run last night whilst tough was wonderful mental therapy too.

Oh yes.... when I taught, I got out early every morning, not C25K then...just a walk/run across the fields... to set myself up for the day...:)

You will do this:)

Have a good day... I have swapped my oversize classes, for one small runner in training, ( just as challenging :)) due to arrive anytime now, for a day of fun, frolics and a couple of five mile walks :)
