Week 5 run 3......I was dreading this it seemed such a jump from a maximum of 8 minutes without a fast walk break to 20 minutes solid running
I had nothing to worry about and actually found it really comfortable infact easy...smashed it!
You really can trust this program...I'm so happy as week one I was like a beetroot and breathless after 90 seconds.
So happy to have running now as part of my life ...so therapeutic and has really helped my anxiety xx
