I am feeling over the moon! I honestly didn't think I'd be able to do it as I had to do week 5 run 2 twice. I ran in the snow and then got wet feet so gave up and did it again another day. I was feeling very hesitant about running for 20 minutes non stop but I managed to do it. I read other posts about it being a massive jump to go from 8 to 20 minutes but you get into the swing of it and you just do it. I'm so so happy!
If you're worried about week 5 run 3, just go for it and keep running, you can do it!
