I did it this morning. I finished Week 5 Run 3 today 20 minutes continuous running. It was so peaceful and I only saw 5 other people on my route and unusually no other runners this early. I kept to the mantra slow and steady. It really works. Bring on week 6.

Congratulations buzzards for completing run 3 of week 5, a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks.
