I posted a week ago saying I was worried about the jump to 20 minutes continuous running and got some great advice.

This morning I did it, and it was fine! I'm so happy.

Fantastic news! Enjoy the well earned rest days. I bet you’ve got a massive grin after that run.

Watch out for the intervals in week 6-it’s very easy to go off too fast while you’re still on a high from this run. Remember to keep it really steady. Good luck! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Well done! Quite a mental challenge in believing it’s possible to run for 20 mins. I did Week 5 run 3 yesterday and it also went ok.
