Hi everyone, this is my first post but I have been reading here since just before starting the first run! All the posts here have helped keeping me motivated. I was feeling a bit apprehensive about week 3 but it was my easiest and most enjoyable run so far! I think it was because I took a different route, my usual route has really uneven ground. I also listened to a podcast rather than music which kept me more entertained and I wasn't counting down the minutes so much. I think less walking also made it easier as it wasn't so stop start and also running in the morning when it's cooler and I have more energy! All in all I'm feeling really pleased and looking forward to week 3 run 2!
