Both my kids 11 & 7 joined me today!! Feeling good but don't seem to be covering as much distance now, I'm naturally a fast walker so thinking I cover more distance when walking than running!!?!!!

W3 is the shortest overall duration, so running or walking you will not cover as much ground and it really does not matter. It is the time that counts.
