Not a bad run yesterday though the second 3 minute session seemed never ending - Laura, your minute went on for ever - is your stopwatch different to ours??!!! The legs were ok during the run but a bit achy and sore later in the day. I like the bit about the hedge and not looking like we are running - no problem there -I think I am getting slower........ Never mind onwards and upwards - one more of week 3 to do and then I guess there will be yet another suprise element in week 4. Definitely not reading Fingalo's blog (he is 2 runs ahead of me...) until monday as it might put me off!!

Hey Shaky, I finished Week 3 this morning.

I've looked at what awaits us and while I won't give you any details here, it ain't pleasant!

Ha ha!

I've still to scout out my route when I get home too!

I shall be in the park - do the 3 mins of running go to 4 or should I be prepared for even more? Just give me a tiny taste please? Perhaps this is the time for new shoes?

Put it this way, four wouldn't frighten me quite so much....

oh no - that is enough info for the time being - going shopping for new shoes and perhaps a bottle of wine !

I'd get perhaps two bottles....

I doubt I'll be blogging as usual while I'm at home so at least you'll not have to avoid reading of my pain before you go out next Monday.

thank goodness - at least I will be thrown in to it blind! Have a great weekend and lots of rest!!!

Indeed. The rest is very unlikely though as I'll still be running but with partying thrown in. You don't go to Ireland to rest, in fact we always say you need a holiday when you get back! Have a great Christmas, I'll check back on at some stage to see how you're getting on.

shakylegs, well done for getting this far and don't you pay any attention to Fingalo's hints about what is coming, you can (both) do it. You are right that some of Laura's minutes do seem a little long, but it does get better, honest.

Keep up the good work, you are doing great!
