Today it’s a big mile stone for me I have officially lost 20kg which is just over 3 stones

I must say that in the last few weeks since I have started couch to 5 k program it has helps me a lot with the weight loss

Hope I can continue on the journey

Well done, that is a fantastic achievement...be proud for that. I've just finished W3 and while running (should say very slow jog, lol) is going to convert fat to muscle, I have certainly felt that my "extra belt" is being re-aligned and feel better for it.

Good luck with the rest of your journey, you are clearly a winner!
