I can’t believe how much better I feel mentally and physically! I was a grouch this morning and didn’t want to run but as soon as I had done the first 90 second run I began to feel positive. The difference in me from week 1 is astonishing. And the support on here is fab. Thank you everyone !

I know, it's great isn't it. Its all I can do not to run on my rest days but I'm being good and following the plan to the letter. I never thought I'd be looking forward to a run as a treat at the end of the day!!😆
