New here.. I did my run 2 today and 3 is now planned for Tuesday... however I was looking ahead for week 4 and feeling a bit daunted about the prospect of 5 min run... I manage the 3 min run and have slowed my pace down so I’m not getting as worn out.
Anyways, one more run so hoping it will allow me to build some more stamina ready! 🤞🏻

Hi and welcome I just did wk3r1 today! How worn out did you feel after the 3 minute runs? I think I was more tired after the initial 90second run as I seem to gung ho it a bit at the start. Sound like you're doing well and I think the best advice I've seen here is to simply run slower.
Going into wk3 I was apprehensive about running from 90secs to 3mins, since its double the time, but we are doing it. I suppose if you think about it 5mins is less than double of 3minutes.
Yes I think I feel worse after the 90 seconds but actually after the 3 mins I’ve got into it and seem to be in a rhythm! Like you the first time I ran week 3 I felt like I needed to go faster but think the opposite was more true!
Hi. Well done for starting and getting this far. I just completed W3R3 yesterday so am looking at 5 min run aspart of tomorrow’s run. So know how you feel. Am determined to do it and have so far learnt from invaluable advice and support from this forum that I need to go slow slow slow and be as positive in thinking as possible. I have embraced my inner snail 🐌 and now I’m embracing my inner little steam engine🚂: I think I can, I know I can, I did! But very very slowly. Good luck with it. 💪
You’ll be fine Rebelou, they all look daunting as the weeks progress, but you’ll be surprised how much your stamina does increase. I’ve found the best way to get through is to clear your mind of all other thoughts completely and just focus on how amazing you’ll feel when you complete the run 🏃♀️
