1st failed run week 4 run 1.

started to feel pain in outside of right ankle so stopped running.

will try again when feel better

A failure is when you don't go out. You had a curtailed run. You got some running under your belt. You learned you might have a slightly weak ankle - that is a win.

Keep an eye on the ankle over the next few days. Ankle sprains can take some time to show up fully.
