Great job... and no. Running back to back days stops the repair and strengthen cycle... meaning at least no strengthening between runs, and the chances of a full on muscle tear massively increases. It’s not worth the risk as this could stop you running for months. Running consecutive days isn’t recommended before six months of running, preferably 12+. Even then it’s done by reducing the duration/distance of the runs and then building back up, so it isn’t compatible with a plan like C25K.
Of course you can do some lovely cross training today... nothing high impact, but there’s lots of options.
Ooooh. You could end up with an unwanted injury. I know how exciting it feels about wanting to do the next run to test yourself but I always give myself at least 24 hours rest.
Well done. Definitely no running on consecutive days , rest days are there for a reason . Your body needs that day to recover . 😊
Many of the benefits of running happen during the rest day. Your body is repairing micro tears - and this mending is the building of muscle, laying down more bone cells, forming new micro capillaries to get blood pumping to those new muscles! And as a novice runner you are very prone to injury - so going too far too fast will put you back on the couch - the Injury Couch! Don’t risk it!
When you run you create microtears in your muscles which repair and strengthen on your rest days, not while running. Without rest you don't repair or strengthen and your injury risk is increased. It is not recommended to run on consecutive days until you have at least six months of regular running on your legs.

Take care.
Put your feet up for a day in between runs. Don’t want any nasty injuries.
Thak you all
