Oh my days! I was soooooo dreading this week as i knew the walking decreased and i never thought i would be able to run for 3 mins then 5 mins with shorter breaks but ive just done it! Yep ...... Me......running fir 16 mins. Well its a very light jog not fast running and maybe only slightly faster than a brisk walk........but i dont care. I did it and it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.
I feel amazing and i truly believe i can complete this and surprise the hell out of my family by Easter 😃😃😃

Love this...because I could have written exactly the same myself having just got in from the same run!!
Isn’t it an amazing feeling?? I struggled enough with 3 mins, thought I stood no chance with 5. But I did it- I just pushed and pushed as it was hard, but I didn’t give up!
I am totally buzzing, I was listening to Micheal saying a light jog.....and if you get stitch go slower and I'm thinking I cant possibly go any slower I'm sure but I don't care.......
I’ve just done W4R2 and I’m so amazed. It just wasn’t too hard even in 2 degrees with a freezing headwind. I’m not looking forward to W5 exactly but I am getting more confident!
