Decided to get run 2 out of the way early , was. An achy fairly miserable experience but benefit was other than a lone motorist wasn’t witnesses by another living sole .......so every cloud ....👣

I did my second one too this morning... I can’t decide if I hate it, or not yet! Determined to keep going this time though, and not let life get in the way.
Am slightly confused though... I have the lovely Jo W in my ear while running and she said something along the lines of having to do the second podcast 2 more fine, yet on the app there
(Bother pressed wrong button, sorry) ... on the app there was a button for run 3... which one do I do next?!

Well done, i find it hard work in the morning! I’m only on week two but already learning that for me personally I find morning runs harder! I think about it a lot more where as if I run at night, I’m more alert and have more energy, I zone out listening to podcasts without even thinking about it. However I find morning runs more rewarding after as I’ve got more energy for the day!
