Completed the couch to 5k app but after being ill for 2 weeks started again on week 5 to get back in and did struggle a bit gonna be a up hill struggle to get back to where I was but hey ho

Well done.

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.

After that loss of condition is gradual.

All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.

I think that’s awesome personally. I haven’t graduated yet and I dread having to take a break, because I know that I am terrible when it’s comes to motivation after a break.

You should pat yourself on the back for even having your trainers back on 👍🏻
