2 weeks off!

Right, i have had 2 weeks off due to more bl**dy gardening, and the associated aching muscles from lumbering round tons of bricks! I was previously at Week 8, and dont know whether i should jump straight back in to it, or just knock it back a week or so?

I tend to run the same route, so i know the points where Week 7 would require walking, and Where week 8 would, im half tempted to go out with just my Strava on, and see how far i can get without the confines of the App.

Will see how i feel tonight.

With your newly strengthened muscles from all that functional exercise you will smash it.

And yes I would endorse your plan. Just go out, click start and then click stop when you feel you're done and see how far you've got. If it's less time than you were doing before then use that as your starting point, if its about the same then ditto and if its longer then whoop! whoop! Hurrah for bricks!

Over the last 4 weeks i have knocked down 8 dwarf walls, moved them all the the skip at the front of the house (2 Large Builders Skips) removed 220 Paving Slabs, 15 Tree's & Roots, and am now in the process of flattening it all out ready for turf!

I havent been able to walk properly for weeks, never mind run!! lol x

I sometimes take firebricks with me for a run. My new fave toy is a 15kg sandbag.

I need some slabs 😃 Just enough for a centre path in the greenhouse

You might need to totally rest up before you run. Three weeks should do it 🙂

You will! We will see to it! 👞 Here's a size 9 😎

Well i did 3km non stop, so not a total disaster, felt a little heavy legged towards the end, and could have probably squeezed out another 1km, but had a football match a couple of hours later so thought it wise to save some energy.
