Just finished my 3rd run of week 2 of c25k and it’s amazing how much better I feel already! I stared a few weeks back but had a week off as couldn’t get my motivation going but decided I had to keep going! It’s pouring with rain and I still went out! Though that was a struggle to motivate myself for that but did it and feel soggy but great! Like a few people are saying I’m not getting any support from anyone, my partner just laughed at me! But never mind my aim is to do a 10k run in Oct so that will stop anyone laughing at me if I can manage that! Fingers crossed!!!!!

That's fantastic, well done for finishing Week 2, and in such a wet week! There's motivation for you. It's not easy stepping out into pouring rain. I've just finished Week 2 today too, also doing it on my own. Today was the first day when I felt my legs were getting stronger. It's a good feeling when you notice something's improved 😁 Enjoy your rest day!
