I did week 3 run 1 yesterday! ๐ I was really nervous about it given that Iโd be running for twice as long as the previous week in a single bout of running, but it wasnโt bad at all!
When Sarah first said I was going to be running for 3 minutes I accepted the fact that I would probably really want to stop before the 3 minutes was up - but when it came to it I surprised myself! It was a push for sure, but I didnโt ever find myself feeling like I couldnโt continue. My legs were certainly feeling it and starting to get tired, but I didnโt feel too tired myself which is good! I feel like I paced myself well and I managed to stay in control of my breathing so Iโm pleased ๐
Looking back to week 1 when I could barely finish running for a minute, after comfortably running for 3 minutes this week I feel really optimistic that I can do this! I know itโs going to get harder and harder, but Iโve already exceeded my own expectations ๐
