Anyone else feel nervous before W9R3? I did 2 really good runs for W8R3 and W9R1 but really dipped with my last run and feel nervous about my final run. Really want to finish on a high to encourage myself to continue without the formal programme. Is there another formal programme? What should be my next step?

Last run!
Hey Meanmommab stop worrying, don't over think it 👍 it's week 9 run 3 you've done the hard work, and you know you've ran this run before go enjoy!!!!! 🥳 We'll see you on the other side.
I've attached the link for your next journey take a look you may just like it
Exactly. Just go out and enjoy it. Just be excited to know where you are now and where you were 9 short weeks ago.
Enjoy it!! You deserve to. Fantastic feeling ☺️
Next step is not to go out and smash your personal best and go out with an injury.Just finish, you could save up a bit of energy for the last few minutes. That always works for me.
Best wishes for your graduation run. If it’s a bit meh, then you’ll have shown your grit. It’ll just be one of those days, you can tell yourself, just one step along the way, and there a plenty more to come that can go brilliantly when you in post-graduation consolidation runs. If it is brilliant, then great. But either way there are gains. Go out to enjoy yourself and don’t worry ahead of the occasion. And/or convert your nervousness into excitement?
Hi there...you've come a long, long, long way from W1 👏👏. Of course you'd like to finish on a high....the high is completing the programme and acknowledging how far you've come on your running journey 👍😁😁. Take the pressure off yourself...take it at a slow steady pace..no need to compete with yourself (or anyone else). You have the rest of your running journey ahead of you to run further(or not) or to up your pace. You've almost completed 9 weeks of 3 runs...every single one of them a victory... W3R3 will be another victory. You've got this👍👍👍👍. Enjoy😁. 🦌🐢🐌🏃♀️🙋
Thanks. I went out this morning with that mindset and Actually graduated with best ever stats as a bonus. Seems I run better in the morning.
