I just found the forum after completing all but 1 of the runs. I do my final run tonight. It's all on the treadmill though, so I need to increase the incline I think to simulate road running which I still find much harder.

Nearly there!! Good luck, but rather than simulate road running why not try the real thing. Fresh air and sunshine and ever changing scenery make running fun. Apart from doing gait analysis, I have never run on a dreadmill, and that one occasion was nothing like real outdoor running.
