I was worried that I might loose enthusiasm and momentum having completed the c25k program. But I went this morning and I repeated a week 9 run. Feeling pretty good even though it was a bit slow through the mud.

Not many places just now anywhere that you can avoid mud with all that rain ☔ and yet more rain ☔ to come over the weekend, well done to you Candyfloss64 on rerunning basically your first 30 minutes consolidation run with one of the runs of week 9, brave of you running in the mud, once you have ran around 6/30 minute consolidation runs you could try the C25K +Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.

That's one reason why I've not run through the main part of the woods for a few weeks. It's bad enough on tarmac paths and pavements with the fallen leaves starting to rot and become slippery.
