So delighted managed to run a slow 5k this afternoon in the rain, felt brilliant!

Last Monday felt a little niggle in left knee following 6k run. Decided to rest for a few days and went out again on Saturday ran 3k then felt a bit of discomfort so stopped so was so happy to be able to run 5k today.

Using a smaller stride did not seem to put pressure on my knee.

The face of a happy runner!! It Felt great to be back out again, I really missed going for a run.
