elly, well done! Yes, hopefully it will stay dry for you, take care if wet on grass & watching for potholes..but shouldn't be much of a problem when going slow & steady..😊

Run 2 - lovely sunset sky out in my local park with the dog walkers/footballers.
I tried some of the knee exercises for running before run/walking . They are quite hard I thought, though I'm unfit and it should improve.
I'm wary of my right knee which became painful in a kettlebell class last Spring! The instructor wisely said to stop and do knee exercises for strengthening, so I'm feeling positive the exercises should help to avoid a recurrence.
Roll on Run 3 I say!
