Today's run was hard. I didn't feel like going out and was slightly achy due to 'lady days' but i took some paracetamol, put on my running gear and made myself go. I felt tired, slow and heavy the whole way round and my breathing didn't feel as easy as normal but i completed week 4, run 3 and it was actually slightly faster than run 2 so I'm happy. Hopefully monday is better for Week 5, run 1. Not going to lie, I'm scared ππ΄πββοΈ

Well done π
Well done for going out and completing that run when you werenβt feeling it! πππ Donβt be scared of Week 5, you are ready for it. Trust the program! Go out with a positive attitude and take it slowly. You can do it! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Great work pushing yourself through even though you weren't feeling too good!
W5 R1 wasnt so bad. Took it very slow at the start and used the 3min walks to focus on deep breathing. The last minute was tough but push through. All about pacing yourself.
I've got W5 R2 tomorrow which is an 8min slog, 5min walk then final 8min run. Going to take it easy for the first 8min. I do feel self conscious going at snail pace but managing to get over it and focus on reaching the finish.
I was the same, feeling like i look silly for going so slow but i put my headphones in and don't look at other people and just do my own thing. It seems to be helping me feel less silly.
Well done on completing W5 R1! Your doing great! Good luck tomorrow, let me know how you get on ππββοΈπ
Well done for getting out there. I find my period is less painful if I am exercising regularly. Still makes me ferl a bit hot and like it's hard work. The plus is the next runs feels so much lighter, keep going! π
Well done!
