I have done week 4! Still canβt believe I can run for 5 minutes without stopping but even more unbelievable I actually love it π every single minute of it! Even tho it was cold and very sleety (no snow down here just sleet) I was lovely and warm when I finished π

Well done! Sounds like you are doing a great job, impressive stuff getting out in this weather. This is just the start of an amazing journey, it really can be life changing if you let it. That sounds super cheesy... but it's true! Good luck
Well done! Have just done w4r1 last night and it seemed so much harder than everything up until now but just managed it in the end. The feeling of satisfaction is fantastic isnt it?!
Well done to you too π every time I start βrunningβ I think I canβt do this today and then my legs warm up and I come to the end of the last run and think oh itβs the last bit I want to carry on! Not sure if Iβll be thinking that after the end of week 5 ππ
Well done, you are one week ahead of me, and sounds like you are really enjoying it. My thought patterns follow very similar lines to yours, I finish one week and look ahead to what comes next and always think no way can I do that. Next run W4R1 no way can I do that.....
