Just completed week 4 think that was the hardest run yet I've done my calves hurt bad for the first couple of rums 😣 but i carried on. Dreading week 5 next week especially w5r3

Hiya Sarah!

Well done on completing Week 4! I completed Week 4 last night. Like you I'm a little apprehensive about the final run of Week 5, but I think that as long as we put into practice all the things that Laura has been telling us (to pace ourselves, to keep breathing steadily, etc.) we should be able to manage it. I don't know about your experiences with Week 4, but I felt like I could have kept on going after the final 5 minute run of the podcast! I definitely think we can do it though.

Thank you. You are right the last 5 mins I could of ran for longer it's them first runs I struggle with at times good luck to you too ☺

I was definitely dreading week 4 and to be fair it was a struggle but after I had finished each run I was so happy that I made it through πŸ‘

I'm at the same point.. I think week 5 is a big jump. I thought it would be my breathing I would struggle with but its my legs!!! But let's stay positive.. We will be fine😊😊

That's what I'm finding. It's swapped from my breathing to now beingy legs. Then the next few days I'm walking like a robot as they are so stiff

I don't struggle with my breathing either it's just my legs too determined to do week 5 πŸ‘
