Well done on completing Week 4! I completed Week 4 last night. Like you I'm a little apprehensive about the final run of Week 5, but I think that as long as we put into practice all the things that Laura has been telling us (to pace ourselves, to keep breathing steadily, etc.) we should be able to manage it. I don't know about your experiences with Week 4, but I felt like I could have kept on going after the final 5 minute run of the podcast! I definitely think we can do it though.

I'm at the same point.. I think week 5 is a big jump. I thought it would be my breathing I would struggle with but its my legs!!! But let's stay positive.. We will be fineππ
