Well, who would have guessed that medium π sized me (could be a lot slimmer), ππ has completed wk 4?
I was going to pull out on Fri eve, as I had my Mum's to visit after work which I do each day, then it was shopping, then home and start tea and studying and I thought ah I'll do it tomorrow. We were very pushed for time and my son usually says just go out and do it Mum. But he must have been hungry and hanging about at Nans, I think he could have eaten the dog π π because he said perhaps you can do it in the morning, lol. Usually, I'd give in when he is half way through saying it, lol, but I pondered for few mins, greeted the dog and thought, I won't feel like it in the morning either, so I might as well do it now.
It's not that I didn't want to do it, I, (probably like most of us feel), I couldn't be bothered or feel like it. But I got changed, goodness me that must have taken me 20 mins, by the time I sort my phone, my dropping out earphones (someone help me with earphones please haha), then trainers on, then leave instructions as my son said he would help with tea (ah bless), I finally got out of the house and switched on my running mode π
Going slowly is definately the answer, I always try to remember this. I reached over 11,000 steps too by the end, so that was good for me. I've been running along the roadside up through our village and it's quite a nice little route as I can turn round when there's no more pavement and then run back through the back of our village back to my house.
Feeling stronger each time, though I don't know what wk 5 has in store, so I'm a little apprehensive for this one, but I hope to run it today π
Sorry for the long winded, most unnecessary story before hand haha, but you are lovely people here and it feels nice to ramble on to you sometimes.
Have a good day everyone and keep it going x πππππ
