Congratulations on starting C25K 2moro, love the way you spell tomorrow, in Scotland that would be ramoro, take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some just before, don't run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your first run tomorrow 🏃🏾👍

Until doing couch 2 5k I’d never ran in my life. Saw my husband achieve so much through doing it and watched how his self esteem has improved and how he is super healthy now and thought oooo I wanna feel good for once about myself.

My god I love it. I do my week 9 run 3 Saturday and never felt so proud of myself apart from having our babies. Will deffo continue running
