well done, I think the first one is the hardest one, just the whole "getting out there" thing

onward and upward

Well done!! 👍💪💪🎉

I did my 3rd week 1 run today! It was tough but I feel great now and can't believe I'm actually looking forward to week 2?! My first run will be Tues evening which will be different as I've only done early mornings so far. Are you using the app? 😁

Yes I am it’s so weird because I tried running in the exact same form and couldn’t do it but having someone like coaching you just gives you motivation !

Congratulations! I did week 1 run 1 yesterday. I was so happy to get to the end without giving up. Looking forward to run 2 - never thought I'd write a sentence that included the words 'looking forward to run...'

Well done, that’s the hardest run in the whole 9 weeks. Make sure you celebrate and feel rightly proud of yourself
