Week 1 run 1
Iβm 34 and couch potato
In the last 5 months I have lost 2 and a half stone on diet alone but it was time to start doing some exercises and because I donβt have gym access I found the app and I thought I will give a try
It was hard at points I was thinking I will loose my lungs ( Iβm smoker so that doesnβt help )
But I did enjoyed myself
I have to admit tho I did not managed to run for full 1 minute at the time so I think I will need to repeat week one before I can move on to week two
But I feel great that I had motivation and courage to do it
