Done! Slowest run (jog πŸ˜‚) yet which is a bit disappointing BUT I didn't stop (except to climb thru a gate!) and I did it so I'm still a bit chuffed. Phew 😊

A bit chuffed? I remember the first time I did week 5 run 3, I was meant to do it on a Monday morning but I just had to know if I could do it or not, so I ran it on the Sunday (my previous run was on the Friday so I'd had a day's rest).

Well done on breaking the psychological barrier, the program had been preparing your body for this run, it was your head that need to believe you could do it.

Yea I was gonna do an evening run but to be honest just wanted to get it over with. I was so worried I wouldn't get to the end I didnt enjoy it as much as previous runs but now I think I can move forward knowing I'm capable of doing this 😊

That’s great! I think it’s about keeping going for now, and once you know you can do that and consolidate, you can build speed from there. Keep on keeping on!

Great job! I think completing this run is what's important and you achieved that (true for any run but this one in particular) πŸ‘

Well done, what an achievement, you'll be chuffed to bits at having done it. Tomorrow is my final session of the challenge and really can't believe I can jog(haha, move a bit faster than a walk) for 30 minutes. I certainly don't do the 5k in 30 minutes but that's what I'll be working on next. I never thought it possible to do the 30 minutes but I now know anything is possible with this challenge so will keep on going.

I I literally cant imagine going 30 minutes straight, you must feel amazing having got to your last one - I hope it goes well! 😊

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊
