I'd been dreading today's run...I really didn't think I'd be able to keep going for the full 20 mins. It didn't help that the podcast mysteriously jumped back to the beginning twice during the warm up walk, so it was a bit longer than 5 mins! Well, somehow I did it...the last two minutes were the hardest, and I never quite knew what Laura was going say next about how long I had left. But I did it! I felt completely shattered, but felt prosecco was in order after finishing week 5!

Thank you - it's interesting that wk 6 starts with walk / run / walk again, but not for long!! I wonder how it will feel? Well, I'm hoping to go out first thing tomorrow before it gets too hot, so we'll see!
Thank you! I'm still going quite slowly but have decided that I'm more likely to last out that way! Also I have no idea of my actual speed and don't want to depress myself 😊
Well done Juliet, I know the feeling of wishing to hear Laura's voice tell you there is only 60 seconds left, and even they feel more like 60 minutes sometimes, but you did it! I think the prosecco was well deserved, good luck with week 6!
Thank you - yes, I just keep counting randomly to take my mind off the last but and it seems to work so far! Better than that ridiculous song saying ' my feet are on the ground'...well mine aren't, that's the point😊
