Just to confirm (because I’m doing that run today too): is it okay that I plan to run this morning after last running Saturday night (which I did so I could get a run in today, to be honest, as I won’t be able to the next three days.) That’s not too close together, is it?

It is a normal run... so you’re thinking the right way. Keep that pace down... don’t look at the time, it’ll go slower if you clock watch... ease into it and get into that happy pace, then just enjoy the feeling you get at the end.
I DID IT!!!!!! I had to (jokingly) as a walker to walk slower so I could overtake and I according to Strava my pace was slower than the days in which I did interval running / walking, but...I still did it!!!! Can’t wait for Wednesday now, for the next one 😍. How did you get on @deadandalive?
