That's the 20 minutes done! I'm pretty sure that I've never run that long in my life before, so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself right now. I was definitely getting a bit tired towards the end, and the shins are aching a little (but only a little) now, but it's two days off before starting Week 6 to recover. Trying to keep things a bit slower was actually harder than I expected, when I started to feel a bit tired I think I drifted up to a default pace and needed a bit more concentration to not overdo it.
Looking ahead from what I can see the danger with Week 6 is going too hard after Week 5, so keep the enthusiasm under control!
Hope everyone else on Week 5 had success with this milestone too!

Congratulations to you Reorte on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 but be careful with that run as it's back to interval runs and walks, take it slow and steady.
Well done... just take it at your own happy pace... a comfortable, conversational pace that feels right for you and as AlMorr says.. just accept that Week 6 is different , but you are ready for it
