Was getting bit worked up about this beforehand but decided if I had to stop , I would just pause the app, catch my breath and go again BUT , I did not stop!! With thanks to the lovely voice of Michael Jordan and some fab music coming on just at the right time !! I'm so chuffed with myself , I remember in the early weeks struggling to do a minute and half . For me it was by no means easy today but such a buzz when I'd finished (and very jelly knees)πŸ˜‚

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Well done bkarm, of course you can do it! Each run will prepare you for the next one - week 6 run 1 is an odd one and catches a lot of us out! Happy running!

Oh well done! I've just completed run 2 of week 5 so I empathise with your pre-run worries for this next one!! But you've reminded me that I've come a long way since first runs, hopefully like you I'll manage this next one!

Think back to when the minute and a half run seemed impossible and now you're ready for 20 !!! Good luck πŸƒπŸƒ
