W5 R3 finally did it!!

After 4 attempts at run 3 of week 5, I am pleased to say I have finally completed it this morning! I am not going to lie, it wasn't easy, and felt like stopping around 12 minutes in, but pushed on through and managed it until the end.

Your advice on slowing down from the start and really pacing myself really helped.

I am so pleased I can move on as I was worried I will be stuck on this run for ever!!

It really is a battle with your own head, positive thoughts and great music all the way!

That's a wonderful post! Congratulations on your brilliant determination and achievement. I'm at the same stage as you are: starting Week 6 today.

Looking out at a very still day. The birds are singing away. Feeling good. I'm away 😊

That’s wonderful- very well done! 😄 That determination & perseverance will see you through.

I know that “I’m stuck here forever” feeling- but eventually I have moved on. 😄

Determination wins in the end, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃🏾 👍
