I did it!! I was really worried about this one but it felt really good. My breathing was steady, my pace was even and I felt I could have done more. So pleased I got over the fear of doing it, that was much worse than the run!

Great job... that 20 minutes says you can do 30... just over half way on the plan and 2/3 of the duration done. Slow and steady into the intervals in week 6 and you got this.

Doing Week 5 Run 3 on Weds. Absolutely dreading it. I dont think I can do it. I did Week 5 Run 2 last night which included 2 x 8 mins and managed it but feel like 20 mins will kill me. I suppose I have to trust the programme. Wish me luck,
I’m doing this tonight (after putting it off yesterday) so nervous about it. 8 minutes to 20 minutes seems such a big leap. Thought it must be some sort of mistake.
