W5 R3: I did it!

I did it! I took all your advice and encouragement, and I just did it. 

I'm not feeling tired at all, I'm feeling invincible and I'm beginning to believe that 30 minutes of running is within reach. 

Thank you so much for all your comments and advice about believing in myself and the programme, going slow and taking the run piece by piece. It all worked!

It's so great to complete it. Like mini-graduation or something. Remember to notice and enjoy the progress you have made when you do the run.
