Something weird happened this morning...I woke before my alarm excited to get out and run!

Found this run totally manageable though I'm very slow. So excited to smash the 20 min run and be able to say I can run for 20 mins!!

Never thought I'd enjoy running, though think it's the challenge spurring me on at the minute. Could be different once I hit that goal! Let's see!

Congratulations on your milestone! You will give yourself a new goal when you hit this one. There’s always more to do. I’ve kind of promised to run a half marathon next April (I gave myself lots of time to train 🤣) so I’m on week 2 just completed run 2 so I have a loooooong way to go until 13.1 miles 🏃🏻‍♀️

I know what you mean, I’m often awake before the alarm too, which is something I never thought would I would say. Maybe it’s the positivity the run gives you and the thought of seeing what your body can now achieve, and how great you feel afterwards, who knows, but I’m enjoying the journey 😁
