Well that was quite funny! I didn’t read the run first and thought the first run was 5 minutes long, started running to a podcast today so no reference for length of song. Thought it felt longer and then MJ said right that’s your first 8 minute run done 🤣 after that the rest was fine! Not sure about R3 though but I’ll see how I get on ✅
