Hey Maddy! I finished w7r1, it was more difficult than my last run. I should really feel more excited, but I don’t. I’m so surprised on how far we’ve come. I never would have thought I could run 25 minutes. Good luck on your next run. Please continue to keep me motivated.
HI Connie1972 I was exactly the same. I did W7R1 yesterday. I was physically and mentally exhausted and felt really flat. I’m at work for 2 days 13 hour shifts so can’t run now till Thursday. I’m making sure I eat lots of healthy food over the next couple of days to give me energy and get up Thursday and do R2. We can do this, next run I’m going to remember we are doing this together 👍🏃♀️Good luck and remember I’m right by your side xxx
Thanks for encouraging me. Good luck with your two 13 hr. shifts. I did not feel to good about my last run. I kept thinking about it and thinking, so I decided to run for 25 minutes today. I aced it with no problem, I even ran faster the last 1 minute. I am so excited, this is how I wanted to feel on yesterday. Good luck on your Thursday run.
Hey! It is funny that we feel the same about our runs. It’s the truth, learning experience. I just finished run 3, it was so much better. I’m so glad we’re doing this, your going to ace this last run. I can’t believe our next step is week 8. I’m going to buy me something for 🎓 graduation. We’re so close. Keep me posted on the next run.

Hey! I did run 2, it was so much better. I had so much more energy when I finished. I think I’m going to start going for a walk on Sunday's. Maybe that will help with the Monday run. Good luck on your run, as always keep me posted.
Hia well done on R2 glad it was a good one. Mine went ok this morning but after my lower back is a bit sore today, had to put some ibrofen gel on it. Hi Connie I’m going to have to do my run on Tuesday now as my app stopped in the middle and I had no clue where I was up to. Feel a little disappointed about it but now I have to focus on doing it again. Can’t wait for Tuesday now xxx

Hi my running buddy, I did it 👍. Felt great running in the rain, felt so happy. My plan is to do the consolidation runs for the next few weeks then maybe look at the 10K app. I want to do a park run too. What are your plans? You have been a fabulous running buddy 💕xxxx

Hi purplewalker your right this forum is amazing and it does keep you motivated. Good luck with W4R3 on Monday and enjoy your running journey. C25K has been a brilliant program to follow. I struggled with the very first run and didn’t for one minute think I would be where I am now which is W9 R3 tomorrow morning. I will keep a look out for your posts and see how your doing. Hi Connie glad your doing well. Lovely to hear from you. I did 2 weeks consolidation runs and then I’ve struggled with a painful knee. I’m currently sat with it elevated. It’s driving me mad because I’m feeling rubbish mentally and my knee is stopping me running. It’s painful to walk on too and painful to touch. Going to see how it goes and then see a physio if it doesn’t get better. Well done on your progress your doing great 👍xxx
