Went out at 6.20 this morning with moon still up and a pale pink sky felt lucky to live where I do and can go out the door and run (well warm up walk first). Still can’t believe got to 28mins of running albeit slow but to me it’s definitely running. 5 runs to go to complete the programme and for first time today started to think I need to look at how to maintain everything going forward. Is there advice/support for this? Maybe I need to go to the website? Happy running everyone 🌞🏃🏻‍♀️👍

Good work! Early morning runs are lovely, the best in fact. 28 mins of running is a huge achievement - no matter your pace. Slow running will be building your stamina beautifully. 👍

Lots of resources on here for post-graduation/maintenance running. Have a read of this:

healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

And we have a Consolidation Club post every month (you can find this under “pinned posts”.

When I first graduated, I spent a good few weeks just running for 30 mins three times a week. Just to get the routine going, and to help continue building my fitness and stamina.

Keep going - you are doing so well!
