So today we are in Brighton. And I was excited to go do my run. The idea of running along the beach in the sunshine sounded ace. It was REALLY busy as the sun is out, but I just dodged my out in and out people and just treated it as a game. Now today's run was only 3 minutes longer but it felt alot longer. I have read a few people saying the same, I think I just got used to 25mins but also I was running a route with no people on it, so I dunno if that made a difference.
But
I did it. The last few minutes where a proper killer. My headphones popped out at 5mins to go so I've no idea what Jo said. Oh well I'm sure I'll find out on Monday.
Anyway I'm opening up for a band called Ferocious Dog today at the Haunt, if there's any Brighton folk on here. I'm on at 7pm just after doors.
Nice one

Hi Doozer, well done on completing week 8 run 1 on Brighton beach, amazing that run is only 3 minutes longer than the runs of week 7 but they do seem longer, I suppose that is to do with the fact that there were 4/25 minute runs previously, enjoy your show this evening. Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8 on Monday😊🏃
