Last run of week 6 complete. 25 mins! Found it quite hard, it's hot out there and I ran on a fair bit of uneven ground to get out of peoples way which didn't help. But I did it and at a push could have gone for the 28 mins that next weeks runs will be, so I'm feeling confident I can tackle week 7. Go me!!! π₯³

That is brilliant and you're actually well set. You can do the extra three no problems. All these runs make you more able to cope with whatever lies ahead and you will find that as they stretch out you stretch too. To be honest you can do the 30 but following the plan will get you there so a big well done as you knock another week down.
