Last run of week 6 complete. 25 mins! Found it quite hard, it's hot out there and I ran on a fair bit of uneven ground to get out of peoples way which didn't help. But I did it and at a push could have gone for the 28 mins that next weeks runs will be, so I'm feeling confident I can tackle week 7. Go me!!! πŸ₯³

That's sounding good Sarah and sounds like you've got more energy left at the end of the run πŸ‘πŸ‘ enjoy week 7

You are flying, keep it up! :D

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, week 7 are NOT 28 minute runs, those are on week 8, week 7 sees you running once again 3/25 minute runs.

Great.

Running on uneven ground strengthens leg and ankle muscles quicker than always running on flat surfaces.

Go you indeed! You are doing brilliantly. Week 7 is 25 minutes again for each run, so you should feel quite confident about that based on today’s run. Well done πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Š

Yes I got ahead of myself thinking next week was 28 mins so that's good, I can get much more comfortable with 25 before moving on. πŸ€—

I did the same run today as well ,well done and keep running

You will be. 25 minutes seemed impossible when I started. Good luck 😊

Thank you so much 😊

That is brilliant and you're actually well set. You can do the extra three no problems. All these runs make you more able to cope with whatever lies ahead and you will find that as they stretch out you stretch too. To be honest you can do the 30 but following the plan will get you there so a big well done as you knock another week down. Look behind you...six weeks have fallen.18 runs!! and three weeks and 9 remain. Single figures now πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†
