So, W6R3 accomplished π.. And according to Michael Johnson (my C25k voice in my ear) I can officially call myself a runner .. yey πββοΈπ₯³.
I have to say though, upping the game to 25 mins of running makes a big difference.. my calves & achilles weβre burning after 20 mins, my feet were all like flippy floppy when I was doing my 5 mins cool down walk.
But.. regardless, I did it, roll on week 7 π±ππͺπ
