Well done. I also completed week 6 yesterday, found the 25 minute run very hard, I was tired and out of breath when I started! But pushed on through. Hooray for us πŸ‘βœŠπŸΌπŸ‘

I think it is a case of pushing through and then you settle into it and it becomes easier as you go. Well done to you too!!
